"I specifically purchased the baby Jazz apple for a cooking class because of it's size--and the name was cute. I needed a small apple for each of the students for a recipe. The whole class and myself were surprised at the fantastic taste. Even the peels are really tasty. I wish they were available in the summer when I have so many sessions of kids cooking camps. The size would be perfect for baked apples or othere individual desserts."
